Working From Home...David Rahman

It’s now a testing time for many people. Emotions are in turmoil and fears can be raised.

What we can do to maintain our spirits is to connect with friends and family. Personally I contact best friends daily. This could be visually or by phone. It maintains our sanity!

You can use this time to take it as an opportunity to be better. Pick an area of your life that you would like to improve on and get to work on what needs to be done.
